6-12 yearsYouth teams train twice per week as a team, developing technical skills and performance quality across multiple styles.

8-15 yearsAthletes select individual style classes they wish to audition for. Classes are trained separately with style-specific placements.

15+ yearsAthletes select individual style classes they wish to audition for. Classes are trained separately with style-specific placements.
What we assess: Current skills, technique, performance ability, and overall readiness. Teams are formed based on each athlete's current level, with growth always at the forefront.
